PC case from scratch number 2!

this is what i got done in two days (bout 7 hours of work altogether)

specs in this thing:
AMD athlon 3600+ X2
Gigabyte GA-M61VME-S2
1 gig Cossair DDR2 667 ram
generic 430W power supply (gonna do something bout that soon)
lastly, im gonna take my 7600GT from my other system soon when i get me a nice 8800GT

hard disk mounts (hds kept nice and cool by a 12cm fan blowing directly onto it )

optical drive mounts

my start switch

nice perfectly round holes for my two 12cm fans at the bottom of the case

the grills (barbeque mesh cut up).

and the fans

i nailed the grills on with little nails (halfway in then bent them to secure the grill as you can see a little of in the hard disk picture)

im nearly done! a little more touching up, and a paint job will finnnish it. i got the back pannel done today, and it sure took a heck lot of time. like 4 hours to complete it. the whole case is held together by lots of long headless nails and some PVA glue.

i tried attatching the cover on with hinges but the hinges were too small and couldnt support the weight (even though i used 3) and then i also made the mistake of using nails, and pretty small ones that came witht the tiny hinges too. well, so thus after awhile they came off

this is the cover.

the nails broke off because of a combination of the cover being too heavy, them being too short and the wood being too thin

and the back pannel
