    Antec Sonata Fan

     
    Well my case currenty has only 1 200mm fan at the back and i was wondering if i should install one in the front. I mean will it help or not?

    yes it will help. It will also add a tad more noise to the system. If you aren't dealing with any heat related malfunctions or heat warnings I wouldn't bother.

    Oh yah another thing is it safe to overclock a q6600 to 3 Ghz on stock cooling

    On stock, I don't think I'd OC at all.
    But if you get a good cooler, 3.0ghz makes for a nice bump in performance..

    Is there any chance that a 120 mm fan would blow my ps btw my ps is only
    500 w and im running a quad 6600 with 8600 gt . Ill either get this fan http://www.memoryexpress.com/Product...X8708(ME).aspx or this one http://www.memoryexpress.com/Product...X4779(ME).aspx

    The fans you have picked out are overpriced IMO.
    Look at Ncix. They deliver to CA, and are waay cheaper then the site your looking on..
