Wow! What a lovely build you have there my friend.
First of all i would not be so quick to hit the buy button on that cpu just yet, as we are nearing the Intel Q3 price drops. Intel Price Cuts, New Processors Coming Q3 - TrustedReviews
What kind of case and cooling are you gonna use for all these lovely components?
IMO thats a smoking rig, but if you can hold out just a little bit you might be able to save yourself an considereable amount of money, on the cpu at least.

CPU heatsink and fan? I would stick with the stock unless your overclocking. |

I would highly recommend the ThermalRight Ultra-120 even if your not overclocking, it has the best cooling ability for air. |

i dont like the gaps in the base of the cooler, seems like when you get a good load going from an all night gaming fest that it would really start to head up more than you might want. |
