Sure, but what size/kind of a fan do you want to run off of battery and for how long?

I use 80mm fans and make cooling stations for my Lithium Polymer batteries I use for RC because when they charge they generate heat, which can be very finicky with those batteries. I run 2 80mm fans off of a little 12 volt lead-acid sealed battery.

All I had to do was cut off the molex adapter on the 80mm fan and then match the colored wires (black and red) to the terminals on the battery. Pretty simple
