Hi. Looks like a OK build, but you can do better with some components.
1. The PSU is way overpriced. I would go for a corsair model that's cheaper, and packs more power. Corsair TX-750 750W Power Supply [COR-TX750] - $175.00 : PC Case Gear, Quality case accessories and components
But that is overkill for this system. You could get by with this even: Corsair HX-620 620W Power Supply [COR-HX620] - $159.50 : PC Case Gear, Quality case accessories and components
2. The GPU. IDK if your going for the quiet thing or what, but you can get the faster 9800GT for less. Galaxy GeForce 9800GT 512MB Galaxy GeForce 9800GT 512MB [GXY-9800GT-E3] - $169.00 : PC Case Gear, Quality case accessories and components
3. With the money you saved with the above mentioned, you could step up to a P45. Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3 Motherboard Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3 Motherboard [GA-EP45-DS3] - $159.50 : PC Case Gear, Quality case accessories and components
4. You could go for a couple of these WD 640Gb drives. They are damn fast, that's the only reason I mention them. Western Digital Caviar 640GB WD6400AAKS Western Digital Caviar 640GB WD6400AAKS [WD6400AAKS] - $119.00 : PC Case Gear, Quality case accessories and components
More info about the drive: Western Digital's Caviar SE16 640GB hard drive - The Tech Report - Page 1 |

It was kinda amazing for me, 14 yrs, first time building a computer and i nailed it, but it lowered the price and made even better thank you
+im gonna use this badboy: ViewSonic VA2226W 21.6in Widescreen LCD ViewSonic VA2226W 21.6in Widescreen LCD [VA2226W] - $259.00 : PC Case Gear, Quality case accessories and components

I jsut noticed your choice of username. Vista is not actually that bad of an OS; and since your building such a killer rig you will be wanting Vista to take advantage of your hardware since only Vista supports DX10 (graphics look much better in DX10) |

But the 4850 will really beat the crap outta what you have at the moment. Besides your P45 chipset supports crossfire so you might as well get an ATI card. The 4850 will beat the 9800GTX and even the 9800GTX+ |

I recommend the 4850, I have it and I love it. Just be sure to have enough cooling.
The Gigabyte chassis is also very nice. I love the non-570 version, and it is amazing to build in. |

By the way, unless you happen to have a kick ass sound system, spending money on a sound card is a waste of money. Its not gonna be of much effect on a more "normal" set of speakers and your onboard will do you just fine |

All the prices you have showing for those items are much more than what they should be.
Have you looked at newegg? You could probably save 20% or more just from seeing how much some of that is costing.
