if its cleaned up a bit, I'd give it a 7 or 8, fan lighting is a bit much like the others I don't like too many lights in them, Don't mean to sound like a gay metrosexual interior designer but the colors "clash" for the lights, so yeah will be a good idea of to limit the lighting to one or two matching colors.
cable management... need to tidy those cables, get that done & if fans & air flow set up right, you could maybe see a few more degrees dropped on temps.
I'm hoping you just exposed the HDD fan mount to show it in the picture, because as long as its clipped in case & the mesh front panels are clipped in over it, they function like a dryer vent keeping out large hairballs, also work for EMI filtering as well, from what I've read.
adding the panels back on front make it more pretty too.
you've got your PSU on bottom, so intake is facing down & then out, I'm not sure on that case, but does it allow the PSU to face the other way taking cool air in from under the case & exhaust out? if so see if that can be done. (nevermind, looking at it, looks like its already set like that)
should cut more internal temps like that, down side is if bottom isn't filtered can take hairballs from floor into PSU.
make sure the top fans blow air out of top, side fans take air in, front fan in, rear out...
clean up the cables & should see internal temps drop some more, not a huge amount, but enough to warrant the tidying up.
maybe see if you have room to move the 120mm side fan to the spot above the CPU, looks like nothing over that, or grab a 2nd one for that spot, even a low speed, quiet low CFM 120mm with no LED's would work in that case.
can't tell if the top fans are in use or not, looks like they aren't as you can see through the mount holes, but if they aren't maybe a couple of low speed low CFM fans up there too... at least one anyways.
couple of these would be nice for top vents or one up top one on side: Scythe Slip Stream 120mm x 25mm Fan - 500 RPM (SY1225SL12SL) - FrozenCPU.com
500RPM, 24CFM, 7-8 Decibels.
just have to make sure to try & match the intake with exhaust, though its recommended to over compensate a tad on intake, but with mesh panel cases like these its hard to do since any amount of over compensating will bleed off almost immediately with the open mesh panels whether its intake or exhaust (excess flow out of mesh, not enough will allow to flow more in, basically the cases are "breathable" in design), anyways, besides the matching of intake & exhaust its also key to setup the airflow so its uniform as best as you can, another reason not to overload it with fans.
if it were me I'd move the 120mm Drive cage up one more or two spots to make it flow right on through to the RAM/CPU & out with the exhaust fans.
but for the most part it looks good, even better when cabling gets cleaned up.

The case is really good for the price range. The case ia a little flimsy and i really dont care too much for the tooless design. It does have great airflow and the front intake filters are a plus. The case has alot of room to work with and is a breeze for cable management. IIRC i paid $50 for mine and i'm totally happy with it. One thing i would suggest is moving your front intake all the way up to the top directly across from the HSF. I rate yours an 8 because you have good taste in cases, but you gotta clean up them cables. Here is an older pic of mine when i first put it together. on the plus side, your cabling could be worse...
check out my current quad core rigs interior from a 3.5 months ago... still looks like this...
and amazingly my internal temps are low 30's most of the time, CPU & Chipset...
doesn't show the side panel with 250mm fan either, so thats probably why.
but its a Thermaltake Armor case, bigger than yours, but similar mesh panels in front.
Top exhaust fan, rear 120mm, has another 92mm above that behind the rear drive cage, the PSU mounts sideways behind the drive cage so right up in that whole top rear quarter of the case is the majority of my cases exhaust... infront it has a 120mm drive cage fan, and the side 250mm intake, added to the front mesh panels, forced air flow comes in from side & lower front quarter & mainly flows up to the upper rear quarter with exception of the video cards coolers exiting out back. for a bit more uniform airflow, not perfect but gets the job done.

you should think about watercooling, it would make it looks better and probably be alot quieter, you have way too many fans and i personally dont like all the different colours. i would give it 6+ out of 10. |

Shyguy how many drives do you have in there . And I cant really see, but I presume the PSU is just above the mobo right?

yeah, you can see the PSU in that little bit of space between the cooler & the support bar/drive cages.
there's 3 SATAII drives in the rear, 2x 250GB in RAID 0 & the other is my 500GB back up drive. 250GB boot drive is the one mounted up front.
as to the cables, its hard to tell, but most of them are "flat" fairly close to the mobo tray & not really hanging in the way of the air flow. just not tucked away out of site. |

Yeah, if you guys missed it, Shyguy mentioned a *250mm* fan. I have one on my main rig, about the size of one of those rotating house fans and it's sweet. At that size, you can run it about any speed you want and get adequate cooling. |

Maybe I should take pics of my case and post them on here. Course it would be lucky to score 3. I still have yet to move everything to my xion 2 case, then my camera sucks so maybe a 2 at best. |

not sure on exactly how large the Coolermaster 590 case is, but I know its a mid size case so its not THAT much smaller, but yeah, suppose if someone wants to mod their case panel to install one of those fans that would be good to, runs at 600RPM, & I forget the specs as far as the CFM is, but its pretty good, covers a wider area too, & is reasonably quiet. |

Funny how everyone is rating my computer by its lights and jumbled wires... lol. I wanted the rating on the case itself. But anywho, i cant move the drive bay atm because i dont have long enough sata cables. I need to buy a couple more extra components such as those sata cables, and some 3 pin molex connectors to add additional fans. I took my crappy stock 80mm fan and put it on the top and i am running that off of my mobo 3 pin. as for cooling, this is what i figured with airflow: (The yellow circle is an AWESOME illustration of my side fan. it also cools my videocard.)
Heres the spec on my case: Specifications: - Available Color: Black
- Dimension (W / H / D): (W) 210 x (H) 440 x (D)510 mm
- Material: Chassis: SECC, Bezel: Metal mesh+ABS
- Motherboards: ATX, Micro-ATX
- 5.25" Drive Bay: 9 (Exposed; without the use of exposed any 3.5 inch drive bay)
- 3.5" Drive Bay:
- 4 (Hidden; from one 4-in-3 device module (included),
- 1 (Exposed; converted from one 5.25 inch drive bay) - I/O Panel: USB 2.0x2, IEEE 1394 x1, MIC x1, SPK x1 (supports HD / AC' 97 Audio)
- Cooling System:
- One 120x120x25 mm front fan (blue LED), 1200 rpm, 17 dBA (included),
- One 120x120x25 mm rear fan (exhaust), 1200 rpm, 17 dBA (included) - Expansion Slots: 7
- Optional Component: Transparent side panel
