Dont waste your money on those expensive 295's two 260's will come close to its performance. It would be better to get 1 285 or two 275's which works out a litle cheaper and will perform much better in apps that do not support sli.

There is also no need for a 1250W PSU, a quality 850W unit will happily power everything.

Something else to consider is dumping the 950 and pick up a 920 D0 then clock it (easily) to 3.6Ghz +.

As shy said pick up a couple WD black drives for raid.... will proberly cost less than the 1.5tb and have more storage space, let alone be much faster.

The sound card isnt needed (unless you have a really expensive set of speakers) on-board is quite good these days.
Again PSU is overkill, but if you want to spend that much on it so be it.

    god y not 64 bit?

I would guess because the original poster was intending to use Well Over the 4GB barrier of 32-bit Windows/Operating System's.

64-bit lets you use more than 4GB.

between 2 1GB GTX 285's, 6GB of System RAM, 8MB cache on the CPU, 16 to 32MB cache per hard drive, 2 to 4+MB of Cache per Optical Drive, your looking at WELL over 8GB of total Addressable memory, which is more than double a 32-bit Operating systems limitations.
