need gaming computer

okay well its my nephews b-day today and i want to build him a gaming computer that can atleast play most of the new games under $600. tight budget but i think it could be done

any help?

do you need everything in this build, or just the core components (mobo, CPU, RAM, Video card, PSU, etc)

would help to know what you need, or if any used parts would be going into it?
