Hope to upgrade this wack Dell

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to say hi and that I apologize for my sheer ignorance surrounding upgrades for my pc. It's sad to say I was better versed on this years ago. So I have this laughable dell pc that I want to upgrade but I'm not even sure it's possible. It's case is smaller than the avg pc.

Please let me know if there's any way I can make this pc a bit faster, or better for gaming

Dell XPS DXC051
Intel Pentium 3 ghz
2gb ram
ATI Radeon x300/x550/x1050 Series (what does that even mean? the pc can't detect which it actually is?)

Let me know if I'm missing any info or if I should scrap the project altogether. I am on an extremely tight budget.

Which games do you play and which ones don't play well?

A better video card which will require a better power supply is probably all you can do.

Well I have to admit I haven't done any heavy gaming on this pc. WoW plays pretty well, as does eve online but those have really low system requirements.

I tried to run Tropico 3 recently but for some reason I could only see sky, terrain and foliage. I couldnt see any units or buildings. This is when I decided I had to make a change lol.

In the back of my head I know I should invest in building a new pc, but I have no idea where to start, and my budget is limited by me living paycheck to paycheck (Kids! Don't have kids!)
