I have a spare dvd burner

I will wait for the 2nd video card, but a TV tuner recommendation would be nice.
    Any feedback is appreciated

on the 5770, if DX11 matters to you then I'd grab it, otherwise if DX10 is fine for now (will be a while before there is a sizable list of DX11 games out, since DX11 is new with Win7), then a Radeon 4870 or 4890 will still be better performing than the 5770 (similar tech specs, but the 4800's have 256bit Memory bus vs the 5770's 128-bit), and the PSU you have picked out will handle one of those cards fine too.

    otherwise looks pretty good.

no problem, you'll be happy with the 4870, should be able to play any game out right now. only reason I'm not running my 2 right now, is I couldn't stand the fan noise when run at full load, not jet turbine loud, but loud enough, switched back to Nvidia and running a GTX 285.

those Sapphires are the ones that replaced my Reference design versions, the best ones for fan noise (low levels, and still good for heat dissipation) are the Sapphire Vapor X models, but those should still be pretty decent.

Thanks guys, it's up and running, smoothest build yet.
I tried to unlock the 4th core and it works ! I got lucky. It's so fast I'm sticking with the stock fan and no overclocking needed.
