ALSO Please feel free to make any changes to build. It could be due to the price or compatibility or that you just like the other part better. But I would like to keep everything Below $550.

I think something like this would be a good fit for your system.

    Newegg.com - MSI N250GTS TwinFrozr 1G OC GeForce GTS 250 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
    and
Newegg.com - OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 500W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7 - Power Supplies
    with
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Elite 330 RC-330-KKN1-GP Black SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

Total with your parts listed comes to $544.93
The case has free shipping, which is normally $12+ for most cases, so you save some cash there. The PSU also had free shipping with a MIR making it only $39. So it should land under your $550 budget.

    EDIT:
Graphics card was also free shipping, forgot to mention that.

    Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops
    Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards
    Newegg.com - OCZ Gold 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ3G10664GK - Desktop Memory
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD3200AAJS 320GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
    Newegg.com - POWERCOLOR AX4770 512MD5-M Radeon HD 4770 512MB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
    Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Centurion 590 RC-590-KKN1-GP Black SECC / ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases
    Newegg.com - LITE-ON Black 24X DVD+R 24X DVD-R SATA Black 24X DVD Writer LightScribe Support - CD / DVD Burners

this CPU is $30 more. you get an extra core so it will trash the dual above in multi-threaded apps and is faster in single threaded apps too due to the slightly higher clockspeed.
    Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X3 435 2.9GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

alternative hard drive. Almost twice the size, much faster. $20 more
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD5001AALS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
its the same board you picked, but AM3 (hence you need DDR3 as well). I would also go with the hard drive you picked instead.

The Graphic card seems a bit pricey. If I get that I won't have to upgrade for a while right? Then again I'm not playing crazy games like Crysis on max settings.

Going for latest tech, might as well get a Radeon 5750 instead of the 4770, the 5750 is DirectX 11, and a pretty decent card to boot, would need to spend a bit more, but shouldn't be that much over budget with it. They start around $145, with the faster 5770's going closer to $155-$165 starting. The 5770 is at least as good if not just a hair better than a Geforce GTS 250, and is DirectX 11 supported/features, where as the GTS 250 is only DirectX 10.

their midrange cards, the Radeon 5750/5770 is the mid range cards of ATI's new 5 Series that came out at the end of September.

their at least as good as Nvidia's lower mid range cards like the GTS 250, though Nvidia's GTX 260, 275, 280, 285, and 295 still easily waste the 5700's, but ATI's 5800 series (5850, 5870, and Dual GPU 5890) utterly waste Nvidia's current cards, especially the 5850 considering its $300 price range.

the 5750 and 5770's are pretty good, but the older 4870 and 4890 are still better, only downside to them is no DirectX 11 support and they are bigger/longer and hotter running cards, as well as power consumption.

oops. I saw it as, will this run. my bad

one thing though, if you get the 5770, your Athlon X2 240 will probably bottleneck your graphics card a little because that card is fast. I dont think its going to be by a large amount but if you have $20 more I would spring on the Athlon II X2 250 instead. another option is to overclock your CPU a little, if you are comfortable with that - that board is a very good overclocker (I have my X2 250 @ 3.85Ghz at the moment in the computer im typing on, which also includes that exact gigabyte board). As you clock higher, you have to increase the voltages going to yuor CPU to get it stable. I have a good cooler though, but you should be able to get it to 3Ghz-3.2Ghz without having to even increase the voltages (which is the main casue for temp rises in overclocking). That should minimise the bottleneck or eliminate it completely. Also, you dont void your warranty if you dont increase the voltages.

I changed it to the x2 250 but the ram looks uneasy the reviews are horrible.

well, here then. I didnt look at the reviews, sorry it was the cheapest set. but OCZ is actually one of the better brands out there. I build computers for people for money and I always use OCZ. In fact I have a whole stockpile of them . Anyways, this set has better reviews.

    JTFC!!!

Here, 38 Reviews, 5 Star Rating, Free Shipping, 1600MHz RAM, so leaves room for Overclocking of CPU if needed, can run at 1066 or 1333MHz Speeds for now, 1600MHz for Overclocking later if you want... Decent Brand.
