    cpu cooler + case

     
    Will a Prolimatech Mega Shadow Deluxe CPU Cooler fit into a haf 932 case? I was told it wouldnt but would like to make sure?

    I don't see any reason why that CPU cooler wouldn't fit into the HAF 932. The cooler is 130mm tall, but the rear case fan is 140mm. That full-sized ATX case looks quite roomy.

    There could be clearance issues with the motherboard northbridge heatsink and/or the RAM, depending on what hardware you are using.

    Actually its 158.7mm tall.....

    Oops, I missed that one.

    I still think it will fit, though. Why would anyone manufacture a cooler that won't fit into a full tower ATX case? My mid-tower case has about 180mm from the top of the CPU to the side panel.

    Im sure they tried to make it just small enough.... considering it is supposed to be the best air cooler on the market.....

    I know Flying JJ has the standard meglahelm's in HAF 922 cases which are slightly thiner than the 932 so you should be okay.

    ok im thinking about another case would the SilverStone TJ07 Black - $375.00 : PC Case Gear, Delivering quality computer parts Australia wide be better for cooling?
