    Hi and welcome to TechIMO.

Any reason you have gone for the i5 with the on-board GPU?

I would look into the i5 750 and P55 motherboard as you would really have no need for the on-board on a gaming PC (unless for troubleshooting purposes.....

I would pick a different power supply... Ultra does not have the best reputation also a 750w unit is way overkill... even if you get another 5770....

Newegg.com - OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ600MXSP 600W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7

This OCZ PSU has 20% with promo code also has 20 MIR and free shipping....

Will happily run your system even with a second 5770, not to mention its good quality .

Case and PSU are poor choices...
Ultra are garbage and that case leaves little room for clean wiring or high-end cards or airflow...
Heres much better choices for less money...
