Looks like a reasonable setup. The only weakness I see is the power supply, never heard of Modecom. Seeing as I can't read Latvian very well, I tried to poke around on the website some for some better known brands of power supplies. I did see some high priced Corsairs, but nothing that I recognized as cheaper. Chieftec might be a better option of some of the other known good brands (Corsair, OCZ, Antec, FSP, etc...) aren't available in your price range.

    No problem!

For reference, we do maintain a list of Good/Bad power supplies here:
    Power Supply Info

It doesn't cover all brands, but includes a fair amount.

I second the power supply comment.
Like Nick said, try for a known quality power supply, if at all possible.

There is a difference, not only in operation, but also in protective circuitry.
Better to loose a power supply, than a whole system, when things go bad.

also unless your going to be using this system for Gaming and running a Video card dedicated for Gaming (The one you have selected isn't really a gaming card, it can handle some light 3D gaming, but not much more). A Good 300-400W Power supply is all you'll need, and still have power to spare. No need for a 500W, unless you plan on upgrading the Video card to some thing much more capable down the road.

its still a low end card, your going to want something like the Radeon 5550 or 5570 or better, or GeForce GT 240 or the newer GT 430 or better for gaming.

and even those cards are Low End Budget Gaming Video cards for Current Generation GPU's.

More than capable of playing most games on Moderate settings, but still Budget Range Cards.

Also try to avoid the Passive Cooled Cards (Cards with out a fan), as their Usually not intended for Prolonged periods of gaming, unless you have some active air flow over their heatsinks from case fans or what have you.

Should work fine. (I'm not a big fan of Asus, even though I own a couple Asus cards, picked them up dirt cheap is the only reason why, but its just personal Preference, but the card should work fine)

on the Plus Side, the Asrock Motherboard, is also Asus. Asus is the parent Company for AsRock, so at least both the Motherboard and Video card are Asus Products.
