    Welcome to TechIMO!

We will need to know your budget, and detailed specs, from the power supply.
    Brand
    Model/Watts
    12v rail amps
If more than 1-12v rail, the total combined 12v watts.
All should be on the power supply label

Also what do you want to run on it

What does the current setup not do or what would you like to be able to do better?

Selling the current setup and adding the money to your fund might be a better idea

No sense in having a bunch of old parts laying around.

actually, my acer m1800 desktop is a gift from my father when i graduated from high school... it's a small gift but really meant to me. but, i'm a hardcore gamers ^^... i like playing MMORPG games. but, most important thing, i'm working as project administration designer, sometimes finance staff, sometimes programmer ( but i'm still a beginner, not pro yet)... then i'm start dreaming to buy a new computer and life still goes on... lol "--dreaming on alienware desktop and still think thousand times...lol--"
