Welcome to TechIMO!
This many.
HP Pavilion p6000 Desktop PC series*-* Download drivers and software - specify product name - HP Business Support Center
We need to know the processor, so we don't waste money.
Even more important, we need the power supply info, so we know if you need a new power supply.(98% chance you will)
need wattage, and 12v amps, off the label
We also need to know if you have a PCIe slot
There should be a more complete number on the case somewhere.
This should get a lot of that info, but you will probably have to open the case, and get the power supply info, off the label.
Speccy - Download
If you are going to upgrade, you are going to have to open it up eventually.
Lastly, how much do you want to spend, keeping in mind, you need about a $40 power supply.
We won't recommend anything, but a brand name PS.Hard Sayin Not Knowin

Im looking for a new graphic card for my pc i only have a 250 watt power supply so i know im going to need to upgrade that as well. I'm looking for something that can play starcraft a decent high graphic and not cause lag, not looking for anything to insain or exspensive.
Specs...

8.00 GB RAM
Windows 7 64-bit OS
ATI Radeo HD 4200 Graphic card

Depending on your budget:
Newegg.com - HIS iCooler H777F1G2M Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
Newegg.com - Antec VP-450 450W ATX 12V v2.3 Power Supply
If you have a bit higher budget limit, maybe a Radeon HD 6850, but the 7770 Should able to run the game on fairly high settings, ultimately it depends on how much is going on, on screen, since the game can be fairly CPU intensive as well.
But I can't even fathom how many times better the 7770 is over the onboard 4200 your using right now.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green
