    Masked off and measured. I used a novelty checker piece tangent to the corner lines to make the rounded edges.

    Hole cut and window mounted...I also sanded the back of the panel to a brushed aluminum finish for optimal light reflection....

    The door won't close because the plexi doesn't clear the support beam in the frame (or the PSU rack)!

    So I had to dremel out that sucker and take a quarter inch off the PSU rack. Fits nicely now!

    Nice colors in the window. I like the look it makes on the black outside. you thinking of adding an etching or something else to it still?
