Engraving on cases
Hey all
I had a thought last night as I was working on my lastest case window. My father does engraving. He has a big engraving table that he uses. He does, brass alumnium and a bunch of other medals. He uses diamond tipped blades to do the engraving. Anyway I was thinking, that if I could find a case with thin metal I could do two things.
One I could engrave some cool images on there. He has liquids that can fill the engrave lines and contrast the different colored metals.
Two I could have hit engrave deeper through the metal and basically use the engraver to cut out a window, it might take some further punching, but his machine can cut pretty deep and if the metal was thin, I think it could go right through it.
Plus with this I can take any image and convert it into something he could engrave.
Any ideas or comments?

Dude! That sounds awesome! You could make your case look like it had been shot up! Have some where it's just dents from bulletes, and some that go all the way through and light would stream out of those holes
