casefan setup questions

currently i have:
two rear case fans(turned as exaust, blowing out)one intakefan on the top, one intake on the side panel right infront of the chipset i think it is, and one intake right by the hdd's, in the front. the one in the top is pretty loud when being used as intake in the top, but its fine when i turn it around and use it as exaust. so my question is, can i take one from the rear(a quieter one)put it in the top and use it for intake still, and put the one from up there, to the rear and use it as intake?or should i have two exaust fans because i have 3 intakes.

I think the "norm" is to have intake towards the bottom of the case, and exhaust at the rear and/or top?

Oh... and I know there's a lot of debate about the subject, but I've been told that it's better to have a slight positive pressure inside the case??
...fans pushing more air in than being taken out??

Personally, I like to have a slight negative pressure inside the case. It does make for more dust, but I think that by having a negative pressure, you will be pulling air in from all the cracks around your drives, thus keeping them cooler. Also, with a positive pressure, the air being pulled in from the front fans can recirculate the hot air inside the case. Whereas, if you have negative pressure, the air will go straight through the case and not have any time to recirculate. Just my oppinion, of course! Definitely have the air exhausting out the rear/top of the case though.
