i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to install a fan in a mouse. i need good instructions, so i dont screw up. I found a site but it didnt explain anything it jsut had the pics.

Just a thought; maybe you should add a small on/off switch to yours?

How about setting the mouse with a couple extra LED's behind the fan holes? Maybe get the holes punched in a pattern to go with your custom mod case?

I have done this fan mod before on a mouse. The problem you first discover is your hand smothers the air flow.. But that aside I would have to know the type of mouse your tryin it on so I can help with it.

its a basic serial mouse atomic rooster found an awesome link. it wont smother airflow if i put holes in the side so it will have somewhere to get air from.

Here is another link on how to install a fan into a mouse. This was done by Yoshi on The Screen Savers a few months back. I watched him do it. Let us know how it turns out.
