side window Q!
what would i use for putting in a side window in my case? plexiglass or lexan? or something else? and do i put it in from the inside? and how?

Well, most of the time I hear about people using plexiglass, cheaper than lexan (I think) and you don't need it to be THAT strong!

And, alot of people have used car molding, but, you might go to newegg.com, or cyberguys.com and look at their window kits, you'll get a good idea of what they come with. I've never done one from scratch, but have used the kits from cyberguys($10) and they work fine.
I've still got the instructions from my kit if you wanted them. I could PM what it says on there. Just LMK...

Get the cheap setup like Dave suggests---simple to install, difficult to mess up---

Plexiglass definitely! Lexan scratches too easily. Check out my site for some tips.
