Is a quiet Athlon system possible?

So M_Six does the Zalman really work for you is it that much quieter? I was going to start a thread much like this one when I saw yours and am waiting to hear your results!!

I installed the Zalman today and replaced the stock case fan with a quiet 80mm fan. From three feet away the box is silent. If you're sitting at the desk, you can hear a hushed fan noise, but it's entirely tolerable. Much, much better.

EDIT: BTW, the CPU temp with the Zalman in quiet mode is 43C/105F. That's on a normal load (no gaming or OC'ing).
