Can you imagine that? If I had a kid and he shoved some junk into my front ports he'd be hanging upside down in the closet. LOL!

I thought they'd send you damaged parts for free as long as you sent them the damaged part...

I don't know about the free thing. Maybe only if it's an Antec? The dual USB port (only) assy is only $4.99 + $3 shipping.
Antec confirmed they make the cases for Thermaltake.

Received it yesterday. They sent me one with dual USB and a firewire port.  It even came with the wires that go back to the mobo. I think they screwed up on their part and made it better for me.
