    I am going to try something...
    I will get the cables then I will do the zip tye method. Once they are on i will put the braid over it and cut away the zip ties, and put the heatshrink on!

    Will this work?

    - just had to put that in!

    That should work fine assuming the braids are strong enough to keep the cable compressed.

    i used a safty pin to separte each wire and the ribbon works great and no damage to individual wires...
    You know dog spelled backwards is god.....
