Best Heatsink/Fan for overclocking Barton 3000+

I currently have a Thermaltake 9 Smart/Silent Cooler. It is working pretty good with my AMD 1700+, but I plan to build a new computer and get a Barton 3000+. Will be doing some overclocking and I want to know what the best heatsink/fan for under 40 or so dollars is. I want something that is quiet(to an extent) and works good.
Thanks!

If you want to stick with air-cooling, it would be very hard to find a better HS than the ThermalRight SLK900A or SLK900U, as well as the SLK947U. All three can be fitted with up to an 92mm fan. I use the SLK900A on my Barton 3000+, and have run it at 2340mHz with no heat-related issues. You should be able to find any of these three HSs for just under $40 if you shop around a bit.

Yes those thermalright heatsinks are very nice. Got a 947u on my 2600+ barton and I'm running it at 3200+ speed with no troubles.
