Case Fans, cooling

hey guys...

ive officially decided that i need a cooling solution for my case

tommorow im going to go and get a new fan

now what i need advice on is what fan to get - at the moment i am looking at the Volcano series but if anyone has anything else to say i would be happy to hear it

basically i need better ventilation in my case

i just took off the side pannel and the GFX temp instantly dropped by 10 degrees

at the moment I only have 1 fan and that goes into the PSU so i dont think it would be much use for ventilation

Running with the side off usually makes the temps drop, I don't know if it's supposed to drop that much though.

Get an exhaust fan for the rear of the case, that's my opinion, and maybe an intake in the front.

Typically a case fan in the front blowing air in, and a fan or two in the rear for exhaust.

Do take note of the decible level of each fan if you care about how much noise it makes... some of them are rather noisy.

I got one that was in the 25-30 dB range and its very nice
