|  ThermalTake Tower112 HSF questions.
Okay, I've got the Tt Copper tower and am installing it on a P4 LGA775 board.
Question 1, I see a thin piece of plastic or the like that is the same shape as the mounting brackets and insulation foam piece. Where does this go? I have an Idea or two but want to make sure.
Question 2, Does it matter which way I put the HSF on the board? The instructions show it with each fan location pointing off to the right and left of the mobo but can I make it so the fans are pointing up and down? I know that on socket478 boards the carved out section of the HSF base matches up with the socket in a special way, but with LGA775 there's nothing to line it up with(in other words, the carved out section doesn't fit around any bump outs or anything).
If any clarification is needed as to what I'm talking about, please ask.
