Which overclock?
I've been messing around with overclocking a lot lately. I have a Barton 2500+. I've been able to overclock it pretty high, but not as high as some people. Seems like 2.2 is the most I can get and still be stable. I can do 200 x 11 but I have to pump up the Vcore to 1.825 for Prime95 stability. I can get almost identical benchmarks with 215 x 10 and I only have to bump the Vcore to 1.7. Needless to say this lowers my temps quite a bit. So, given these two options, which is the better choice? Any drawbacks to the higher FSB and lower multiplier?
Basic Specs:
AMD Barton 2500+
Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe
Antec True Power 480W
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro
Maxtor 80GB

A higher FSB/lower multi should perform better than a lower FSB/high multi at the same clock speed. Seeing as how the higher FSB/lower multi yields less temps and requires lower voltage for Prime95 stability, I would go with that.

I would go with the higher FSB also, the lower temps will be better for your system in general.
