When youOver Clock SHould you Rasie and voltage or Lower then for a more Stable OC

Normally, one raises the voltage ever so slightly to stabilize a system when overclocking.

Beware, though; the temperatures may rise slightly.

If you raise the voltage too high, you're gonna fry your CPU. The lower the better, but if you need to keep it stable, it's ok to raise it very slightly.

Yeah:
higher voltage = more stable (to a point)
lower temps = more stable
higher voltage = higher temps

you gotta find a balance, but generally go for the lowest voltage that is completely stable. If its unstable, up the voltage slightly.
