Will the 754 be faster because of the extra 2mhz? What do you think I should get?

go for 939... it supports dual channel memory

get s939 because there are many advantages:
better overclocking
runs cooler
dual channel RAM support |

does 939 really run cooler? i wouldnt think so cuz the CPUs are moreless the same as 754 only that they have a built in dual channel controller hence more transistor = more heat and more pins. Theres a nice article about Cpus from 1995-2005 on www.tomshardware.com take a look at it. It tells about s754 and 939. |

there are more transistors but you have to remember that it is built on 90nm technology while s754 is 110? or 130nm |
