Quality, quality, quality.
You can buy a 550 watt cheap power supply that won't perform as well as a well made 350 watt unit.
I have an Antec 380 (came with my Antec Sonata case). I can run 2hhd, 2optical drives, a mild overclock and a 6800Ultra. Using a couple psu calculators, my full load is about 390 watts. $64.00 at newegg.

OCZ, Enermax, and Thermaltake are supposed to be a few other quaility brands.

Don't skimp! It's like building that sweet Mustang from "Gone in 60 Seconds", then putting a 4-banger in it....
Antec TruePower is always a good bet!

Aspire is not known for making decent PSU's... however I believe I read a decent review of that one... not sure though...
If you want a little better info and reccomendations, read a little here...
