good deals on pc133 512mb?

looking for a pc133 512 ram stick...its for a Dell l866r which is a P3 866 @133

here is what crucial had....the biggest thing they have is 256M @ around $73

where is a good place to get a 512 stick??

ahhh..well it might be a moot point...seems according to this that it will only hold 512 altogether....2 sticks of 256

the people have a 128 stick so I was hoping to get a 512 to take them to 640ish
