Memory Dilemma - Which is best?

Hi all, not questioned anyones technical knowledge for a while so here goes...

I've got two types of memory, both are Corsair, 4x512mb sticks (2gb total) of dual channel matched pairs. Both are PC3200, both have 2-2-2-5 latencies.

My question is, which stuff is better?

    TWINX1024-3200XLPRO XMS3200 2x512MB 2-2-2-5 PRO:

    or

    TWINX1024-3200XLPT XMS3200 2x512MB 2-2-2-5 Silver:

the first link has memory usage, while the silver one just has a heat spreader.. they both are the same except that they have different heat spreader... i would get the silver one as you wont be looking in the case to find out the acvitity of your rams

    Lightbulb

Yes. The same memory on both.

I would get just the silver version, unless:

You have a clear side window on your case, and you like the idea of seeing LEDs on your memory. Certainly, if this is true, and you got the extra scratch, buy the pro version.

    Otherwise, silver is good.

Whats the voltage waranty on the 2? Stuff with shiny heatspreaders is sometimes covered under waranty at higher voltages, I know ocz is. Might be better for teh oc.
