Overclocking/Upgrading Laptop Processor (Toshiba Tecra 9000)

I really like this laptop and have upgraded it a bit from when I origionally got it. it's a really sweet machine with an integrated SD slot, BlueTooth and Wi-Fi. It was more than what I needed in a laptop untill I decided to finally buy Half-Life 2. Upgraded the RAM from 128MB and the HD from 20GB... Now for the processor! I want to either overclock the living hell out of it, or upgrade to the fastest processor I can (and then mabye even overclock that) w/o replacing the mobo or getting a different laptop.

    System:
    Toshiba Tecra 9000
    Mobile PIII, 1.13Ghz w/ SpeedStep
    133Mhz FSB
    Intel 830MP Chipset
    1GB PC 133 SDRAM
    40GB HDD

    Complete System Specs

Laptops are not designed for overclocking, and i dont reccomend it. Espically when heat is already and issue with laptops.

well I want to at least upgrade the processor to the max it will support. I can't find info on that anywhere even on intel's website. This thing runs really cool actually.

I, too, dont suggest overclocking your laptop.

Seems to be that upgrading laptops are useless, all the things seperately are terribly expensive I would just give it some time and buy a lap top. I heard the best ATM vid cards usually cost like 800 dollars and they go out of date in less then a year. *shrug*

    I own a laptop also.

I bought it and 2 years later its useless for gaming, and when I say useless I do mean useless.

Its a 2.6 ghz P4, 512 ram, and some kind of mobile ATI.
I figured id get a new one when its time, and if I do want to use 800$ for something Id use it on my deskstop because it would asually make a huge difference.
