GeForce 6100 and Sempron 2800+

several days ago i just buy a Biostar GeForce 6100 M7 and a Sempron 2800+ processor (60+80US) & i need some advice from advance here..

1.can i OC d mobos onboard VGA and a processor together? what's the right apps to do it?

2.i filled 2 dimms banks with a DDR 128MB PC2100 in DIMM1 and 512MB Chaintech Apogee (DDR 433) in DIMM2, if i share 128MB for onboard VGA,can the mobo use the memory from DIMM1 (128MB) for onboard,or it just take the 128mb from 2 dimms (64MB from DIMM1 and another 64 from DIMM2) ?

Yes, you can overclock the CPU via the BIOS, and I think you can overclock your onboard, but I wouldn't.
It would probably the first available RAM, it might just take the 128 MB stick, but it doesn't matter.
BTW, the RAM underclocked itself all the way down to DDR 333, because of the PC2100.

thx.. maybe next month i'll buy another 512mb apogee (if i have enough money)

unfortunately sempron mempry controller doesn't support ddr 433 n dual channel (correct me if i'm wrong)
