Windows XP patch for opterons??

Hey guys,

I seem to recall that some people have installed a patch of some sort when using an opteron 1xx under windows XP.

I haven't done this, and I'd like to know where I can find it.

I don't mean the powernow patch.

Microsoft recently released a "special fix" for dual cored cpu systems when installing their
Service Pack 2 for the first time on an existing installation. This was for noted performance
drops system wide after that service pack was added. While the title of the MS page states
