pc2-4300 same as 4200??

According to my Dell E510/5150 manual, my PC accepts ddr2 400Mhz pc2-3200 and 533 pc2-4300. After searching on newegg, they have a bunch of ddr2 4200 but a few pc2 4300's. are they both the same?
I know ddr and ddr2 are different.

Yea they are the same. Some companys do the rounding differently.
266mhz x 16 = 4256
rounded down to PC2 4200
rounded up tp PC2 4300
