That just says sometime in 2H '07...
Could mean December 31 (or whatever the last day is).
I just hope I can pop a quad core chip into my lappy sometime in the future, the 2Ghz Core 2 Duo isn't fast enough!  |

I can wait till the end of '07 if thats what it takes. I've been using my current system for about 4-5 years now without upgrading and for those prices I can defiantly hold off.

Yeah, that's pretty steep on price cuts; are we talking "lots of 10,000"?
Would be an awesome strategic move of Intel's internal management; i.e. flood the market with Intel chips and drown-out AMD. |

IMO the 1333 fsb cpu's are just factory overclocked 1066 models. |

Can't wait to see AMD's new Quad Core offering due out mid-year and how it plays to/against Intel's pricing structure.
