how to compile memtest86+- to .exe file?

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to compile memtest86+- to .exe file?

I need to modify memtest86+- source code so that only one loop of testing cycle is running, but i face problem on compiling it..

Please let me know what compiler that i should use and how to use it..thanks very much

GCC - the source code is here:

there is make file in there - i am not sure if there method to have it run under an operating system - it does not really lend itself to do so- the OS would need to relocate which would be difficult.
