can u tell me which one of them is a better deal with the bucks and would fit with my pc?(PC gaming is my goal...)

Which part do you need help with? If you mix any of them with your current ram, they will run at the slower speed of your current ram.

you need to get rid of your old ram completly, and get DDR2 PC 6400

Also, as a gaming Pc, you'd be better off with a Core 2. Sometime in the future, look at your motherboard and see if it can take a C2D. A C2D e4500 at 2.2 Ghz will beat a Pentium D 840 at 3.2 Ghz by almost twofold.
