ram frequencies within windows?

anyone know of a way to find out my ram frequencies from within windows? im doing some OCing but my board will not allow me to touch ram frequencies or even tell me at what frequencies they are ruinning at. everest dosent say anything bout frequencies too

everest is a great program for not only seeing all of your frequiencies but also all of your sensors on your board, and other hardware.

redrum - pullmyfoot is already using Everest (i assume Home).

pullmyfoot - there is also PC Wizard 2008 - from the same company that wrote CPU-Z. Everest Home is no longer being developed and doesn't seem to work fully on the latest motherboard sensors/chipsets.
