E6550 overclock on gigabyte board

I have an E6550 chip, on a gigabyte P35 DS3L board, I can get up to 3.3ghz with my ram at 1132. I can't get it to boot faster, my temps are lower than 50c load, and the volts are at 1.375 (1.35 stock), so it seems that I have room on the chip.
Is they any way to unlock the cpu and ram when overclocking, and is it my ram holding me back (the ram multiplier is set at 2, which is the lowest setting).

Try making the ram voltage higher, it does boost up the cpu for better performance.
