What kind of RAM do I buy?

I've got this Pentium(r)4 cpu 2.40GHz 2 42GHz, 512Mb of Ram , does anybody know off hand what RAM I buy? I'm really unsure

See what type of memory the system currently has. Use CPU-Z, which is freeware.

The memory tab in CPU-Z should report what type and speed memory is installed.
