Which RAM?

Ok so i am looking to upgrade my acer aspire laptop to a crucial 2gb set to replace its 512mb ram and i have come across two but they both have a good advantage about them one set has a latency rating of cl4 but only has 533mhz and the other set has a latency rating of cl5 but it has 667mhz. Which one would you say is best, is it better to have more mhz or less latency timings?

In a laptop, it doesn't really matter much because the hard drive is so slow. You can't overclock either. I would get the 533.
