Asus Silent Knight II

Hi,

I recently got a ASUS Silent Knight 2 CPU cooler, and it's about time I slap this baby onto my processor. But it did not come with an installation guide. I have figured out some of the steps, but I'm not confident that I'll get it right.
Which brings me to my question.
Anyone know how to install it? I've been looking for a guide online but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
