Any recommendations on how i can really improve my memory latency and other speeds?

4x Phenom Black 9850 2800 MHz

memory read & right speeds seem aboout right, DDR2-1066 is usually in the 8500 to 8600MB/s range, so if yours is OC to 1147, that looks about right.

you trying to boost the speeds & drop latency for Benchmarks scores, or to "speed" up your system?

Speed up my overall system. Dont have the greatest cooler in the world for better CPU overclocking and need some hardcore coolers for my mosfets as the board didnt come with any. But i did tighten down the timings some and here is my results from that.
