GET AN ATHLON 64 X2 4000+ (>60 usd i guess ) k9a2 cf (about 100usd ) 2 gb ram for >40 and get a vedio card for like umm 120 us d or less (hd 3850 ) and an 160 hdd for like 50 usd and a dvd combo drive for like 40 usd and do know that this board has crossfire x capability so later sometime u could buy another hd 3850 (if u buy 1 that is ) u can crossfire them .... psu get a 550 watt coolermaster for like 40 or someting ... i know this is a bit more than 400 but is really good setup cuz u can clock the 4000+ to 3 ghz woth ease on this board ( have done it myself TO 3.30 GHZ )
