Sound coming from liquid cooler

They have already UPS me another which is now on the way. I would like to know what the problem is so I recorded the sound it has made.

It has happened twice now lasting about five mins each time. I can only guess that it is either clogged or sucking air, which shouldn't be possible from what they try to sale people. No place to add coolant, said to never need anymore then what it already has.

I had a feeling this thing was going to become a problem, and might even switch to air if I have anymore problems.
