I'm thinking it should be able to run with lower voltage. I had a E7200 here that I OC'd to 3.5Ghz on just 1.25v. It was prime stable, and folded for days.
The only reason I said something is because I've read of LOTS of people using like 1.35-1.4volts on these, and killing their CPU off with in a couple of months.

It's a nice overclock, and I'm positive it will do more. I let it fold for a couple hours and those cores got real hot. I'll back the voltage off and see how she does. Then again, I really want a Q9650 chip now.

4.01 Ghz with stock voltage. Boots windows and runs fine. I didn't stress the cpu though because I don't want it getting super hot. FSB @ 440mhz. Memory at 888mhz. I'll bet it's got more too.
