whats your CPU speed???

What on earth is this. Their top CPU is an AMD Turion X2 at 1.1Ghz with an actual speed of 8385Mhz. 4th on their top 20 is an AMD 6400+ X2 @ 3.3Ghz with an actual speed of 5651Mhz. Somewhere below on the list is a E8500 @3.33Ghz with an actual speed of 4959Mhz. Who are they trying to kid.. 20th on their top 20 is a Pentium 4. What the heck.. A P4 made it into the top 20 CPUs on the planet

Id say this programe is pretty much nonsense

i'm running a dual core 1.4ghz lappy... Intel Pentium .. and it shows my speed as 333mhz... lol... it must not do a hardcore test... or something... if my cpu is only running at 333 mhz... my lappy is pretty much toast... LOL>....

Well it shows my 5200+x2 to be running at 3.12Ghz, which is correct, but Im something like a quarter the score of the top Turion running at 1.1Ghz. What gives?

I am not sure what your talking about,I like the program.It tell my CPU type,and the speed of it.

So i dont want to blast you or this software, but i find some things strange:

Personally, anything that is listed as "Professional" and free is not professional, its just a marketing scheme to make something sound better then other freeware. Professionals charge for their time and don't often give their software away without a catch or a purpose.


They list they received the Vista 5 Star Award for 2008, but dont link to anything. The

Reviewers, Magazines, Publishers

page shows a "Reviewers Description" but doesnt link to any of these supposed reviews, magazines, or even the awards they are thanking people for. I think that its really sketch.

Now I am all for people who do not speak english to make websites in english because we have the most common business language besides Chinese and Japanese. But you would think that someone should make sure that the localization is correct when your making your site.

The LATEST 25 CPU speed scores - this week Intel are ahead of Advanced Micro Devices

. Things like this make me scream, low budget and not a quality product. If you can't write in one language that has simpler syntax then most high level programming languages ... well ... 5th Element comes to mind with speaking two languages, english and bad english.

EDIT: A quick google search for cpu speed professional found only download links, not a single published review. Nor could i find anything on this wonderful 2008 Vista Software award.

Yea, I can't find any reviews or information about this app anywhere other than what's posted in the description of the software on the sites it's listed as a download on. Their Vista 5 Star Award for 2008 is nowhere to be found either.
